It is decided to let him go since he keeps messing up and cannot emotionally handle the job. He is flashed with the neurolizer, a memory light and set free. He gets a new partner that is an alien pug dog. They visit a new crime scene. Surlina has just killed another disguised alien leaving behind a witness. The alien refused to tell her where the box was and as a result she killed him.

Kevin, a former MIB agent is approached at his post office job. They need his help on the case. The only thing is that Kevin doesn't remember anything and must be convinced to come to the headquarters of MIB to get his memory back.

Surlina comes to the MIB head quarters to check in to the planet but really comes to take over the MIB headquarters. The MIB quickly get away and go to the man who invented the deneurolizer, the machine that brings back memories. He is hooked up, to a makeshift deneurolizer, which only unlocked some memories. He must now follow clues that he left behind before he retired to find himself. Will he remember enough to save the world? Watch and find out.
