Sometimes, too, I think I'd like a unique gift, like a letter or an historical document signed by a president like Abraham Lincoln or Theodore Roosevelt. Such a gift is an amazing conversation piece, and an heirloom I know my children and grandchildren will treasure.

So please, Santa, as you make your rounds consider a stop at a store or a website that sells rare autographs. I can't think of a gift I'd enjoy more.

Recent movie containing montage of vintage appliance commercials?

Hi! I recently saw a movie of television show that contained a very long, funny montage either re-creating or compiling vintage commercials from the 50s and 60s for basic household appliances. Basically well-dressed housewives from the 50s dancing around, ecstatic about their new futuristic ovens and dishwashers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

There are some scenes with older commercials in the movie "The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio". It's about a woman who writes jingles to support her family. I don't know if that is what you were looking for but it is a good movie and does contain some vintage footage of commercials.
