There are a descending series of numerological cycles that affect your life. Some of them will be in play for decades at a time. Others will only affect your life for a matter of days, or even a single day. Of all of them, the one cycle that you’ll feel the most blatantly is your Personal Year cycle.

In numerology, each year of your life is part of a nine-year cycle that evolves through specific steps. The cycles begin at your birth, progress through the nine year pattern, complete the cycle and begin again. Each nine year cycle begins with a 1 Personal Year and progresses year by year through the numbers until you complete a 9 Personal Year. How much will our house be worth in ten years?

We bought our house for $96,000, listing price of $101,000. We would like to put new windows, build a deck on the back, remodel the bathroom/redo the bathtub, maybe put an above ground swimming pool in the backyard, and other things that will come along the way. Does anyone know how much will should be able to sell our house for in five years, in ten years?

Our house was built in 1986. The people that we bought it from bought it six months before we did for $83,900, but they did a lot of upgrades.

Location, location, location. There is no definite way to answer your question. But since your question seems to be asking if all these upgrades you have planned will be recoverable when you sell the house, I can advise. Replacement windows are not always a sure thing for recovering the cost. A deck usually is, if made well. I recommend the bathroom remodel/tub replacement with a whirlpool as an effective way to increase property value. An above ground pool can be seen as a bad thing to future buyers of your house because it accompanies higher home owners insurance costs and they often do not age well with the property, thus I don't see above ground pools as an improvement to the property.

It is good to be mindful to not over improve your property, but not every penny you spend on your house has to be counted either. After all the house is for your enjoyment today!
