fallout 3- if i reload a save and get a bobblehead, can i still get the achievement?

if i go back to save #1 and get the medicine bobblehead, can i get the achievement vault tec ceo

As long as you haven't done the Trouble On The Homefront mission you can still get back into Vault-101 eventually without reloading your save.

If you did this mission and still didn't get the bobblehead your only option is to start over.
