What's the difference between Super Street Fighter 4 and Street Fighter 4?

I'm trying to figure out what game to get next for xbox, and Street Fighter 4 is one of the games on my list. But i've seen something about SUPER street fighter 4. What's the difference? New game, addon.. what?

Super Street Fighter IV continues Capcom's tradition of releasing "enhanced" editions of the Street Fighter games. It started with Street Fighter II, which was treated to "Turbo", "Hyper Fighting", "Super", and "The New Challengers".

Though I doubt SFIV will get that many revisits, SSFIV is basically the same thing Capcom was doing in the mid 90's.

It's coming out in March, and it's an entire stand-alone title. It features everything that SFIV had, with more modes, moves, and characters. They'll tweak some minor things, but by no means is this a "new game".
