Do you think street fighter 4 is the best street fighter ever?

I think street fighter 4 looks great and places great but i don't think its the best street fighter game ever. What do you guys think?

SF IV is my current favorite, when the latest Street Fighter comes along it becomes my favorite, but it's more like the latest version of a SF game becomes the new favorite because it's the best one of it's respective part. Here's my opinion and all time favorite list (until the newest one comes along):

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
Capcom vs SNK 2
Marvel vs Capcom 2

Street Fighter IV: as good as you can expect on the iPhone
