As men are not what they were in times past and his subordinates get worse day by day, though Tony is the capo, he could not trust anyone and he feels stressed out. What is worse, his family relationship is messy too. All this messes up Tony's life and he has to turn to the psychiatrist for help --- only before the psychiatrist, Tony could midly show his nernousness and helpless.

Conflicts exist everywhere in life. Tony's mother does not want to the old folks home; Tony's son has to come to the psychiatriast as well; Tony's daughter is unruly... The Sopranos is a typical unconventional "family drama", full of family conflicts and serious internal emotion crisis.
