How do you shrink a shirt?

I have a white size Medium adult shirt that is white except for a logo on the upper left on the front and I need it to shrink, a size adult SMALL is still a little large but I need it to shrink, HELP

If it has cotton in it then the hot dryer will shrink it. If it's never been washed and is big then wash it and put it on medium heat and see if it shrinks under normal circumstances. If it doesn't then try the dryer on hot.
