Do u remember playing Atari, Sega Genesis,Donkey Kong, Wait.....Super Mario bros.,  Duck hunt.... Do u remember when Rainbow bright wasen't considered "gay", she was just cool?.....Before there was pokemon we had the garbage pail kids?.......Do u remember when girls had landyards, and had mad designs on their key chains like, the butterfly, the box,the Chinese stair case but only had 1 key?......Had Click Clacks we used to turn the telephone cords into jump ropes?....Having mad baby powder in your neck for no reason...at all.....Wearing 54 leathers....mix matching ur shoe strings or socks?.......1 Lime green 1 Hot Pink.....

Do u remember really thinking that Gilligan would get off the island,Knight rider,Mc Giver using a battery, some gum, and a paper clip to do dome crazy stuff?.....Watching Happy days, Lavern and Shirley, Cheers, Alf, The A team,Star search,Saved by the bell?...............The Wonder Years........The Thunder Cats    Staying up late to watch the Apollo and wishing that lady in the front would sit down for at least 1 song so u could see the performance clearly?.....U remember when ......Kid n play had a cartoon, watching uptown comedy club, in living color?......When soul train was hot........When MTV only played two black people Prince and Micheal Jackson?...Watching ....The box like Play 5-6-1......Then getting hyped up like yes some other person wants to hear my song too then u see 5....6.....8 damn.....that's not the song.......I know I'm taking some of ya'll back........

At grandmas house walking into a room with no door but had a "bead" door?......Plastic on the couch.......

Do u remember when guys used to put cuts in their eye brows?....When guys wore 8 ball jackets, Carharrt work jumpers?.....Ever do dances like the whop, pee wee herman,the snake, or the electric slide?.....

Ever remember when it was ok for your neighbors to beat u?................Do u remember when a slice of pizza was $1.25, Subway (tokens in NY) was $1.25 too?....

Pay phones were 25 cents....When 50 cents could get u a candy bar......Paging somebody with smart beep,When everybody was ur cousin?.....When u could trust ur neighbors?

Rochdale heads can rember when we had the OTB,The Old intercom system inside the apartment in the kitchen?.....Using a key to get in the front door not the beam?.....Hoping on the bus to get to the Sandwich Spot?...Using quarters for the laundry mat?....Throwing the key out the window (we still do that now), Getting a hat or shirt spray painted in the coliseum, The photo booth in green acres?.....If u or anybody you know ever got a tattoo at the hut barber shop/tattoo spot?.......Having "brown outs" (for those who don't know that's when rochdale lights go out)?.....Having lights when everybody else don't?......When club Ambience was The Scene?......Not having to cross the street by yourself until ur 12 unless ur going to 134?....Having tims called Beef &Brocclii and Macaroni & Cheese?.....Messing up ur moms credit in the store? (until Papi stopped that a few years back)......... 

Okay, I gotta go now.......I'm about to go show my mom and her friends the new dance.....some things never change....=)

What Do You MIss About The 70's and 80's?

Here are some of the things i miss..
-pop in a glass bottle
-atari (pacman) (kaboom)
-i miss tv shows like dukes of hazzard, three's company, lavern and shirley, and lots more!
- phone booths

I'm with "dad"....*everything*.

I miss the way people were treating each other with respect and acting decently. The way you could live comfortably on a fraction of what a comfortable living costs today. But if you're talking about possessions, I can give it a shot:

1. Klackers.
2. Non-PC TV
3. Non-PC movies
4. Cheap gas
5. Not having to have car insurance if you couldn't afford it (we just fixed our own cars if something happened - people trusted each other and weren't greedy then)
6. Two dollars worth of gas giving you a quarter of a tank
7. Records & record players
8. AM radio
9. reel-to-reel tape players
10. Better looking cars
11. Letting your kid out to play and telling them to come home when the street light came on cuz you knew it was safe out there.
12. Mom & Pop stores on every corner
13. A 16oz glass bottle of Coke for a quarter
14. The one, single, friendly ice cream man (not twenty Hindus fighting for a single street).
15. Disco's
16. Roller skates and roller rinks.
17. A telephone that actually RAAAANNNNGGGG instead of making chirping bird noises.
18. Drive-ins
19. Ice cream shops.
20. Saturday morning cartoons and Saturday night Creature Features.

...The list goes on and on and on. In short, todays world sucks donkey balls. Thank you very much for ruining my world, Mr. and Mrs. Liberal. >:P
