do you have to pay to go to nassau beaches while on a royal caribbean cruise? I'm going on a royal caribbean cruise soon to coco cay and Nassau. is coco cay nice? and once you get to Nassau, is there a beach you go to for free or do you have to pay to go. also, if you go to Atlantis...can you go inside, like where the aquarium is?
There are several free beaches, but they won't have restrooms or other amenities. You can take a cab from the port to Cabbage Beach on paradise island. As for Atlantis, you can walk thru the lobbies and casino, check out the marina village and visit the marina for free. Beyond that.. you have to get a pass. The aquarium pass is $35pp, the Beach is $63 and the water park is $105. The public beach is the same beach that Atlantis stands on.. just a few meters up the beach.. no need to pay more than the $4 for the cab. Locals sell rum drinks on the beach and you can rent a chair and umbrella if you need it. Harbor seal comes ashore at Hilton Head beach Thanks for visiting!
