With the right design approach, the decorating processes of your home can become simplified. Proper interior designing very often creates the impression that the room is much larger than it actually is. It also creates a more functional.
Therefore, it will allow you to focus on any of the organization and storage problems that may exist in the home. Following an interior design and decorations plan will provide you with the positive results that you are looking for. A few of the important tips are indicated below that should be taken into consideration.
o First of all, the desired purpose of the room should be the focal point. This will be the basis on which you can build upon; with artwork, accessories, and furniture. This is especially true when dealing with a small room.
o Furniture and decorative items should be chosen by size. The position of them should illuminate the fact that the room is not congested or cluttered. Everything should always remain organized.
o Multiple purpose furnishings should be utilized. This will help improve the available storage capacity; for example, end tables with drawers and sleeper sofas. Using these things will also enhance the total functionality of the room.
o Accent pieces should be placed in areas like corners and around the windows so that they highlight the color theme of your room. Drawing attention to the outside portion of the room makes it appear larger,
o Plenty of lighting should be available in small rooms as it helps to visually open up the space. Consider installing a track lighting system or some recessed lighting elements. Alternatively you can use small accent lamps to light up corners.
As soon as you coordinate your palette of colors, the room will come together by itself. The above mentioned techniques are not very difficult to accomplish; you might even have a little fun implementing them.

The Vintage Guide to Mallorca
There are many amazing shops and places where you can indulge and appreciate the fruits of yesteryear. Here is our list of the best addresses for all things vintage.
1. Enjoy traditional homemade food & matured wines
In the modern day of processed and fast food, enjoying a traditional, homemade meal is a real treat. Accompanying good food should always be a well matured wine. We recommend the best of the local wines and traditional food makers:
- Miquel Oliver Wine, Petra
The Miquel Oliver vineyard draws on more than 90 years experience of wine making. This reputable winegrower makes a point of continuing to use many of the traditional, manual processes dating back to when the bodega was first established 1868. If you would like to visit the vineyard and do some wine tasting, it is open from Monday to Friday from 10.00- 14.00 and 15.30 to 18.30 in the afternoon.

- Jose L. Ferrer, Binissalem
Probably the best known of the local bodegas José L. Ferrer, was founded in 1931, and has built a solid reputation for consistently turning out wines from their oak barrels in the subterranean wine cellars.
