How do I decorate and hang things on my stucco walls?

I want to redocorate my room and hang shelves and pictures up but I have stucco walls and even a small nail causes a big hole when the wall crumbles. It's SOOOO annoying!! What can I do?? I've always just hung up posters but I want a more sophisticated look.

Purchase nails and screws made for concrete. Then mark the spot where you want the nail and use two pieces of tape to form and X before nailing/screwing and you shouldn't have any problems. Remove the tape after the hole is made.
