Broadway Poster vs. Broadway Window Card?

I am looking to buy posters of broadway shows to decorate my room and I am coming across two different options. From the playbill store I can buy the window cards, which are "printed on glossy cardstock" or I can buy from the musical’s gift shop which, according to customer reviews, is printed on "very thin poster paper." Since both options cost about the same amount, I want to know which is better (last longer) for framing. Will the cardstock be too thick for a frame I buy at Menard's? The poster frame I bought is and 18" x 24" frame by Uniek.
