Use windows explorer to browse to the folder the images are stored in. Click on the first image you want to delete. Scroll down till you see the last image you want to delete. Press and hold down the shift key - then click on the last image. The two images you clicked on and everything in between will be highlighted - press the delete key and they are gone.
