Nintendo 64 System - Video Game Console
Sale Price: $299.95

Nintendo first dabbled in video games during the industry's early years of the mid-'70s. Generations of successful gaming console releases through the years led to the much-hyped 1996 launch of Nintendo 64, a system that represented a giant evolutionary leap in video game technology. Within the first three days of launch, hundreds of thousands of gamers hunkered down with Mario 64, considered by many to be one of the greatest video games ever created. Even today, the system's excellent design continues to host an ever-expanding library of breakthrough games. Nintendo 64's popularity among younger gamers is no surprise. Well-respected games featuring such long-lived and much-loved personalities as Mario (of arcade classic Donkey Kong fame), Zelda, and Banjo-Kazooie are easy to learn and offer enormous replay value. But times are a' changin' and the system's ever-growing library of titles has expanded into every genre of games imaginable, including games better-suited for older gamers. In fact, some of the most acclaimed--in some cases, groundbreaking--games available on any platform today are packed onto N64's old-school cartridges. Under the system's hood, its appeal to the young certainly didn't produce a less mature gaming machine. On the contrary, the 64-bit system boasts impressive graphics, stereo sound, and numerous accessory enhancements, including a high-resolution pack that boosts graphics to awe-inspiring resolutions. Start your library with Goldeneye 007, Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, and Star Wars: Episode One Racer--these titles represent a decent start to any N64 cartridge library. With the recent launch of Sega's Dreamcast system, Nintendo 64 is being left behind as the leader in video game technology. And with newer game systems featuring CD-based games, the system's expensive cartridge format is proving itself an archaic and unconventional storage format. But, at a sub-$100 recommended retail price, innovative accessory enhancements and a great library of games keep the system's rabid fan base satisfied, if not eager for Nintendo's next evolutionary step. --Eric Twelker

Oracle of Seasons Walkthrough Benefits
A sequel to Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons goes back to its roots of graphics from the original NES version. With challenging enemies and more difficult game play, Oracle of Seasons and a walkthrough make sense. There are many different strategies you can find throughout the game, but nothing tops a walkthrough for the game. The benefits of a walkthrough for Oracle of Seasons are:
1. Learn Different Strategies- You will learn different strategies throughout Oracle of Seasons based on the walkthrough. With its help, you can learn the many different hints and strategies that encompass Oracle of Seasons. For those who have played Oracle of Ages will know that there are many strategies to learn. With the help of the walkthrough, these strategies are learned and wanted.
2. Beat the game quicker- Everyone likes to have a game where they can win. No one wants to spend hours and hours of trying to defeat an enemy. With the walkthrough, it helps you to know the quickest way to defeat the enemies and you will in turn, beat the game quicker. This is also good when you have only a few days to play the game before it has to return to the video game rental place.
3. Unlock secrets- Throughout all Zelda games, if you can beat the game without having to use your bow or without using your shield, you unlock different features of the game. With the walkthrough, you can accomplish this. With Oracle of Seasons, you have the opportunity to unlock some secrets if you have the walkthrough. It is not a challenging game with the help.
With every single Zelda game that is released, you have harder enemies to defeat. That is why a walkthrough is best to be able to know the different strategies in it. When you have the aide of the walkthrough, you can gain a better knowledge of the game and be able to have more fun with it as well. Many different games are like this and you need to have the patience and read through the walkthrough to get the storyline of Oracle of Seasons.
The adventures that Link goes on in Oracle of Seasons will make you want to reach for the walkthrough. It is best to try your best first of all. When you try your best, you can have an appreciation for the game. Having the game only for the storyline is not all. You need to have a clear understanding of Zelda to unlock all the secrets. With every game that is released, more and more secrets are developed.

About the Author
I love to write about Nintendo because they are the top gaming company in the world!
Is there a way you can save on the first Legend of Zelda game for the NES without dying?
It seems like the only way you can save on that game is to die-at least, to me.
Sure can just hit start on controller 1, and this will take you to the inventory screen. While in the inventory screen with your items, Then take your second controller making sure its plugged in your NES and press the "Up" direction on the controller and press "A" on controller number 2! These must be pressed at the same time and it will take you to a menu where you can save your game.
Thanks for the memories,
Skull!

The “red ring of death” will forever be remembered as that thing you hated about your Xbox 360. But the same can’t be said for the Nintendo Entertainment System’s inability to run games properly.
