how can I remove the click option from the mouse pad on my laptop?

I want to remove the click option from the mouse pad on my laptop while keeping the movement on it. I looked into the mouse pad options and I cannot find it.
my laptop doesn't have that icon.

right click on the mouse pad icon in the bottom right (near the clock) and turn off tap click.
