I look online and search google and cannot find this out. I bought a laser cel on an anime website. I just got it yesterday. I bought an Trigun Gun Laser Cel (6 x 8 in) (Limited edition) It come with a certificate of authenticity so I guess it suppose to be a collectible. But I would just like to know what so special about this thing? To me it just looks like a picture in a weird frame around the picture. Was it some how made for the show or something.
