Home daycare - parent/ provider - how would you feel?

We are needing a new provider for our 5 month old son. We found someone we REALLY like. When I called the state to check on the standing with her license, etc., in the midst of the conversation, I mentioned a fountain that she has on the back patio. We had asked her about it when we were there and she said it wasn’t a problem. The lady with the state said that it needed to be investigated so they will be sending someone out to check on it. I did NOT intend on this, it was never my intention to get her in trouble! So, when I called to tell her we would like to have our son come to her, I did let her know what happened. She said not a problem, they can come out, she’s in compliance, etc. I asked if that was going to influence our relationship and her care for our son and she said no. My silly heart is concerned that I blew it to taint the relationship from the start! What would you as a parent/provider say about this situation?

She doesn't seem upset so I wouldn't worry. It was a simple slip. It happens.
