6. These releases must be duly paid for.
7. The same must be filed and should be accessible during the entire shoot.

That's an impossible question to answer, because there are so many differentials that go into film crew pay.

The movie? the size of the budget? are they in studio or on location? are they union or non union? which union do they belong to? what are the filming conditions like? wet? dry? are they stateside or do they have to travel? how experienced are they? etc, etc.
