In the middle of your daily surfing hours, you need yourself to have a break by resting for at least thirty minutes to an hour. If you will do it straight, there is a chance that your health might be at risk.

If you spend your internet time on peak hours starting twelve midnight, it is not a good advice unless you are in a hurry on submitting your project or research something for your thesis project. It may cause your eyes to be tired. When you wake up in the morning, you will experience dizziness because of that reason. You must sleep not less than six hours, because it is not healthy if you do. It is very important for you to rest your eyes for at least six to eight hours of your time daily, so that you may have no problem on working with your computer or to enjoy surfing the internet again. Although you subscribed with a monthly high speed internet package with unlimited access, you still need to control and manage your time in order for you to have extra time with your families and friends.
