Lateral Incisor cavity at gumline. Procedure?

My top teeth, the lateral incisor to my left of my 2 front teeth has a cavity right on the top, just under the gumline - right under actually.
There is no pain. It's been here for a while - I've been procrastinating for too long, going to have to get it fixed. To begin with it was just like a pin prick in the enamel, hardly visible - it's deeper now though, maybe half way through the tooth I'm not sure.

I agree, the sooner you go, the better. Yes, you can get a filling like a molar. You most likely will not need an implant, so I wouldn't worry about, but I don't know how bad it is so don't quote me. But wait any longer and you might end up needing a root canal which is A LOT more expensive than a filling (in California, and almost everywhere else I imagine) which can then open the possibility for a crown.
