When did the first episode of doctor who continue?

Around this time november 2009 - december 2009 doctor who is finally back on! But i havent watched any of the new episodes so far can someone plz tell me what the first episode was called when it started again and where i can watch it. Best answer gets 10 points!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!

What do you mean "new episodes"?
The series with Christopher Eccleston (The 9th Doctor) had the first new episode (called "Rose") since the dw movie in 1996. This was called the "new who" and the series was in 2005, with 13 episodes. Since then there have been three other series, with David Tennant (The 10th and current Doctor) and a number of specials.David Tennant's first episode was called "New Earth" and aired some time in 2006 I think.
