His novels are among the most influential and acclaimed ever written. His life is obscured behind the myth that grew up around him. Ernest Hemingway claimed he didn't want his biography written until at least 100 years after his death. But by then, it might be hard to separate fact from fiction. This feature length BIOGRAPHY, narrated by Mariel Hemingway, follows in the footsteps of the Nobel-Laureate in search of the man behind the myth. It is a fascinating trip through his world, from the hospital in Milan where he first found love to the resort community where he took his own life. Rare film of Hemingway at rest, excerpts from letters and unpublished works and the memories of those who knew him all shed light on his remarkable life. Among those interviewed for this definitive portrait are his sons Jack and Gregory, his best friend A.E. Hotchner, Gregorio Fuentes (The model for The Old Man and the Sea), publisher Charles Scribner III, hunter Clara Spiegel and matador John Fulton. From the battlefields of Europe to the docks of Key West, BIOGRAPHY, traces the steps of the man who some call the most influential writer since Shakespeare.

Why Don't We See The Fugitive TV Series on UK TV Anymore?
I like the Fugitive TV series with David Janssen. I remember watching this series the first time round in the 60's. Every one stayed home for the last episode. I like this series when they showed some repeats on BBC 2. When the real life Kimble was found innocent of the crime, this series has not been on UK TV since.
Why can't they show the whole series from the start to the last episode?
I thought every episode had very good storyline.
I would like to buy the complete series on DVD but it's expensive for me.
they never seem to repeat the good things
I remember watching the fugitive when i was a child and every week we waited for David Janssen to be found innocent but he never was lol
it was really gripping stuff :0)
