Dancing with the Stars is the hit ABC reality television series. It is based on the BBC show Strictly Come Dancing. Dancing with the Stars has been on the air since the summer of 2005. The next season of the show, season 11, begins on September 20, 2010.

In Season 11 of Dancing with the Stars twelve new celebrities will compete against each other in Ballroom and Latin style dances. In previous seasons of the show there have been other styles and types of dances that have been performed. As mentioned above, twelve celebrities have joined the cast for Season 11. They are:

Singer and songwriter Michael Bolton. He will be dancing with professional partner Chelsie Hightower.

R&B singer and actress Brandy. She is going to be partnered with Maksim Chmerkovskiy this season.

Actress, comedienne and author Margaret Cho. Cho will be competing with professional dancer Louis van Amstel.

Retired NBA star Rick Fox. He is competing with former Dancing with the Stars champion Cheryl Burke.

Actress Jennifer Grey. Grey is going to be partnered with defending Dancing with the Stars professional Derek Hough.

Actor David Hasselhoff. He is going to be dancing with former champion Kym Johnson.

Television legend Florence Henderson. She will be dancing with Corky Ballas.

Disney Channel star Kyle Massey. Kyle is dancing with Lacey Schwimmer.

Public figure Bristol Palin. Palin is paired up with former Dancing with the Stars champion Mark Ballas. (Mark is the son of fellow professional dancer Corky Ballas.)

Reality television figure Audrina Patridge. She will be competing with Dancing with the Stars professional Tony Dovoloni.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. The Situation is partnered with Karina Smirnoff.

Kurt Warner. Warner is paired up with last season's runner up Anna Trebunskaya.

For the first time during the run of the show professional dancer Edyta Sliwinska will not be on the show. This is a disappointment for many fans. She has stated that her reason for not returning to the show is to pursue her education and other endeavors.

The 2010 United States version of Dancing with the Stars has one of its most attractive lineups of all time that will keep viewers coming back for more. Heading up the odds to win is Nicole Scherzinger at +$175. She is a Pussycat Doll singer that will be paired with professional partner Derek Hough.

Evan Lysacek was next and opened at +$200. He would figure to have moves as an Olympic Gold Medal Figure Skater. His professional partner is Anna Trebunskaya. ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews opened at +$400. Her professional partner is Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Aidan Turner was next opening at +$700. Turner is a star on the Daytime Drama "All My Children" and will work with professional partner Edyta Silwinska.

The sultry Pamela Anderson opened at +$1000 in odds to win Dancing with the Stars. She will certainly light up the floor and have everyone's full attention as always. The Playboy Playmate and actress will have Damian Whitewood as her professional partner. Jake Pavelka also opened at +$1000. "The Bachelor" star will work with professional partner Chelsie Hightower. Actress Shannon Doherty opened at +$1400 and will dance with professional partner Mark Ballas.

NFL star receiver Chad Ochocinco opened at +$1500 and would also figure to bring plenty of moves to the floor with professional partner Cheryl Burke. He might make an excellent underdog pick. "Reno 911" Star Niecy Nash opened up the longshots end of the board at +$2000 and will dance with professional partner Louis van Amstel. Kate Gosselin also opened at +$2000. The biggest longshot in odds to win Dancing with the Stars is Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second man in history to set foot on the moon. Aldrin opened at +$4000 and will work with professional partner Ashly DelGrosso-Costa. Perhaps the 80-year old Aldrin will get to make his moves to the song "Fly Me To The Moon!" This will mark the 10nth season of Dancing with the Stars and the first show will be March 22 with the first elimination show on March 30.

Dancing With The Stars!! Anyone Else Excited?

Okay, so if your a fan of Dancing With The Stars and So You Think You Can Dance, you're probably excited for DWTS! I just found out Chelsie Hightower is going to be on the new season. Lacey came last season, and Dmitry from season 2 is going to be on this season to!! Jeez, I'm excited. I had no idea Chelsie was going to be on it.
I'm also excited for the stars. Jewel, Shawn Johnson, Steve-O, its gunna be good. =)
