Another great place to shop for Case Wesker products is Amazon. They have more than just books! Here are some more information for Case Wesker: Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape is the second expansion to the Resident Evil 5 series. The first expansion, Lost in Nightmares focused mainly on the puzzle solving aspect of the game while Desperate Escape goes back to essentials - pure, filthy combat. About an hour long, this expansion gives you a solid extra dose of combat if The Mercenaries wasn't enough to empty your clips. Although this is a solid expansion, it does lack in some aspects that we would have liked to see transferred from the original game. Platform: Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC Graphics: 10/10 The graphics remain largely unchanged from the original Resident Evil 5 model. However, that's not a bad thing at all. Resident Evil 5 built on the excitement in the new graphical design of Resident Evil 4 and made it better. Every animation and movement is crisp and clean. Normally, you would expect expansions to be slightly less detailed than the main game due to market rushes and design copying. However, Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape shatters any preconceived notions about expansions. Game Play: 7/10 One of the biggest complaints about this game is the short game play. You can knock this expansion off in a little over an hour. In addition, you are bound by the guns that you start the game with - there are no upgrades. It would have been nice to have some upgradeable features that emulated the main game. It was understandable in Lost in Nightmares. However, in Desperate Escape, you are so close to Chris that it just doesn't make sense that you have such a limited gun inventory. Story: 9/10 It would be tempting to just treat this expansion as a mindless shooter. However, Capcom took the time to develop an expansion that actually filled a few of the plot holes left in the crater of Resident Evil 5. It follows the story of how Josh met Jill and how they made their journey to the volcano where the ultimate showdown between Chris and Wesker occurs. It's an expansion so you can't really expect much. Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Music: 10/10 The sounds and music of Desperate Escape is very similar to the original game. In other words, they are both outstanding. If you have a surround sound system, you are in for a real treat. The music features mainly ambient sounds and driving beats. Overall, it is satisfactory and sets the mood for the game. Replay Value: 7/10 You can extend the hour of play time by doing some decent exploring. However, without any upgradeable weapons, there are few reasons to play through it multiple times. Of course, as it is short, you might have a good time playing through it multiple times in a row. In this case, the length of the game actually helps what would normally be a rather low replay value. Overall Rating: 8.5/10 At about $5.00, its definitely worth downloading this fresh content for Resident Evil 5: Desperate Escape. The costume pack for the game is also a reasonable $2.00 so you can pick up the whole package for a tidy $7.00. However, you might want to wait to buy Resident Evil 5 just for the expansion. If you don't yet have this popular game in your collection, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition is already out. This copy will include both the main game and the two expansions. Resident Evil 5: (Gold Edition) Desperate Escape Review - If You Still Haven't Had Your Fill of African Zombies
Publisher: Capcom
Genre: Action/Survival Horror
ESRB Rating: Mature
Release Date: 03/03/2010
I don't think Wesker is really dead.(even doe his head got blowed off by the rocket launcher) i think that was a clone and not the real Wesker. And Ada is still alive so we may have two enemies.(not really sure doe).if that ever the case they should round up all the heros like Leon , Chirs ,Clair ,Rebeca, and Jill to destroy the zombies and the Las Plagas and at last foil weskers plan for good
That was jus an idea of mine. now what do u think it should be
I think they should make a game with an odd pair, like Chris working with Leon, or Carlos and Rebeca, just that i think if they add all the characters up, the story might mess up, or the gameplay, having to play as everyone might get a little weird, epically in one game haha.
I also heard that the creator of RESIDENT EVIL said that the next (Major) game wont come out until another 4-8 years. (( Like Resident evil 4, made for the PS2 and was REVISED for the Wii ))
