I wanted to know if the japanese finalist that duel in the world tournament can they use their advanced cards and what list does the forbidden cards follow theirs are the US, and are the other countries cards played in english or what??

The world championship followed the Advanced Forbidden/Limited list. The Japanese couldn't use any cards that weren't released to the rest of the world and Tactical Evolution and Gladiator's Assault couldn't be used.
