I want to lose weight and just get healthier all-together. I'm in college, and eat tons of junk. I stuff myself with pizza, chips, beer and pop, and it feels good at the time. But the next day I feel bloated and disgusting.

- If you want add in some nut's to you're cearel/ breakfast for the protein.

During the day try and grab an apple or some sort of fruit/ vegetable to nibble on so you don't go for the gorgy stuff.
If you're going to order pizza- stay away from the pepporonis and extra cheese. Add vegetables too it and lean meat such as grilled chicken.
