Dark Lady; The End of Days
Long graceful sweeps of her immense wings, never a change in rhythm, just a constant blending of motion. Made from a dark smoke they sprout from her back, pluming outward like the great wings of a magnificent butterfly. She has skin so pale and appears very slight in shape. Large dark eyes with blood red lips and black hair that looks to be made the same as her wings; Smokey and without true form. She moves through space, untouched and unaffected by all. Unbound by any restrictions that tether any other celestial thing, she freely moves wherever she feels the impulse to move towards. Not a stitch of clothing or any sort of adornment, she is beyond trivial modesty. Her ice cold body requires nothing to exist but she does like the feeling of absorbing fiery energy from what ever energy source she might happen upon. Many a small sun or planet with active energies on its surface has she feasted upon in her special way. Non-malicious in intent, she only seeks the only form of pleasure granted to her. Unaware of any harm caused by her feasting, her pleasure left in its wake a trail of dead and cold rock and suns that shine no more. She drifts on solar winds and waits until another active energy can please her again. Not too far ahead, directly in her path, floats a blue green planet. A planet larger then most that she would feed upon, but too teaming with energies to resist.
The sunrise on the morning of what would be the beginning of the most horrific day in the history of human kind was beyond beautiful. The sky was alight with color and texture so extraordinary, that even those who busily scurried on overfilled hi-ways stopped their scurrying to step out of their cars and look at the sky. It was the same sky exposed across the globe as the planet rolled into the path of the sun’s light. People in every nation saw the same beauty in the heavens and, for the first time that day, the world paused entranced. Like most beautiful things, it was seen and admired, then put aside to make room for more pressing things. Thus is the nature of human kind. Unknown in the morning hours, the day would end in a much different way then it began.
Mid-day over the white expanses of the southern pole, a large black smear gracefully moved on wings of smoke. Beneath, the shadow casted by this vision of wonder raced along the ice and snow; A shadow nearly the size of Manhattan. Though the ground and water was already cold, at the touch of that shadow, it grew colder still. She could sense energy beneath the crust of this planet but could also sense energies more easily taken further northward, toward this planets midpoint. This is where she would fly, to feast on energy that tickled her senses in a way she rarely discovered in the universe. Onward she flew.
Several Nations raised alarm at images satellites took of a foreign object detected on the planets southern most pole. It was quickly ascertained not to be an attack by any one nation on another. Within minutes of the objects detection, the United Nations was in alert and headed a mass investigation of what had entered the Earth’s atmosphere and moved rapidly towards the Americas. What appeared on the images taken by satellite was that of some great bird like object, with a wing span of roughly twenty-three miles across. Several air units were deployed to intercept the object from nearby posts in the sea and on land. A combined effort resulting in several squadrons of Russian planes, American planes, and French planes were sent to investigate and bring down the object if necessary. Communication with all planes ceased simultaneously at the point of visual contact with the unknown object. The object was immediately classified as extremely hostile and orders were given to destroy the object before it could cross from sea to land. News leaks began to spread stories of an alien object invading earth causing wide spread panic to the populations of the planet. The news channels filled with members of society screaming out that it was the end of days...the end of the world.
She moved through the sky with great ease towards the light created by an energy source rich in its appeal. Small objects made of bundled energy that tantalized her growing thirst surrounded her. She absorbed them all in one great inhalation through her open mouth. The objects dried to a powdery state then broke up and drifted in the winds made from her great wings of smoke. Onward she flew, closing in on the light her eyes could see. A light made up of many such bundles of energy as that she just absorbed. The feast was about to begin.
All ocean bound ships that could intercept the hostile were given orders to target and destroy the object. Long range missiles were launched from land and air to take down the hostile object before it could make landfall. In one mighty effort, the world launched its best assault towards the invader. The sky filled with missiles and rockets, all bearing down on the pale lady with wings of black smoke. An entity that would feast on those gifts of energy like appetizers before the main course. It was an assault that would have no more an effect then throwing a tennis-ball at a 747 as it flew by. She crossed from sea to land, watched by nations that could do nothing to stop her; Nothing but quake in fear in her approach.
She appeared a black fleck on the horizon. A fleck that grew into a shape of some enormous bird. People stood on roof tops and on roads and hi-ways to watch her approach. News cameras filmed the scene as it unfolded and broadcasted it world wide. For the second time that day, the world paused entranced. Paused to see what calamity this giant bird brought to the world of human beings. Her formed grew in immense proportion as she drew near. She crossed the threshold of sea to land, her shadow casting its great cold and darkness beneath. Her mouth stretch open, blood red lips pulled back tightly, she inhaled with a sound of a million screeching children. Beneath her, arms raised in futile defense, the first of billions of people screamed in terror as their bodies froze solid then were sucked dry the energy that is life within them. In her wake, there was scorched earth, scorched by intense cold. And the dust of buildings, animals and people, drifting and settling as the last curling eddies of wind died from her beating wings of smoke. Before her, the chaos made from the useless fleeing of many more who could find no place to hide from her thirst. It was an orgy of feasting and she circled the planet many times to find what sources of energy she could.
Satisfied and ready to move on, she left this planet that gave her so much pleasure. Onward she would float in space, trying to find another such source of pleasure. Behind her, a once blue-green planet, now grey and dark with ash and frozen surface, was left to continue its trek around a sun that held no interest to her. Such was the meaning of her, to consume and exist. Nothing in the universe was anything more then energy; A garden of pleasure for her to absorb. A new garden awaited her somewhere ahead. No reflection or anticipation, only existing and absorbing. That was the essence of her being. And nothing equivalent to her existed anywhere.

ok, i find a torrent file (i think you know what torrent's are and how to download them, so not mail me, or google on it). it contains music from dawn of war, winter assault and dark crusade, didn't find soul storm. but will add it to my answer later if i find it.
